2022 Awards
Amy Agne – 3 time winner expected to graduate in May 2023 with her degree in architecture and planning to design sustainable and environmentally safe places for low income communities
Marisa Boni – 2 time winner studying economics and pharmaceutical sciences who has learned first-hand the importance and power of caregiving.
Piper Schneider – also a 2 time winner aspires to be a gynecologist and obstetrician focusing on care through community-oriented centers. Piper gained early admission to the U of Rochester medical school.
Dilara Bahadir – a recent high school graduate, Dilara wants to contribute to neuroscience to nurture physical and mental well-being.
Allison Libby – an LBYH alum, Allison’s goal is to study medicine and improve the lives of those suffering from debilitating diseases.
Lilly Mackenzie – also an LBYH alum, Lilly is going to study Biomedical engineering to pursue a career where she can improve the lives of people struggling with issues that have ineffective or no treatments.
Sandy Raman – will be studying biomedical engineering at Duke and wants to design innovative tools for more accessible disease diagnosis and injury treatment.
Hannah Steinbrecher is going to study natural sciences to prepare her for work to help solve climate change challenges.
